More About Me I hold both an OISE Technological Education diploma and a Red Seal/Journeyman designation. When I'm not busy catering, you can find me managing hospitality and teaching culinary skills at Humber College, the Toronto District School Board andCamp Manitou. I also run a speciality preserves and pickled goods booth at the Withrow Farmers’ Market.
